Just Say No. Feel empowered to walk away from an uncomfortable scene. No Excuses Needed. Own your body, own your choices.

Digital Detox:

Take a Break from Social Media every day. Especially before bed. Or go off line for 24 hours. You’ll feel calmer, more focused & connected to the real world.

Call Home:

Always call home if you’ve missed your ride and have no taxi or tube fare. Why take a chance when you don’t have to?

Friends:

Look out for each other. You go together, leave together, stick to the plan. Don’t abandon your friends. Ever.

Parties:

Know what you are getting into. Are parents present? Do you know who else will be there?
